  • Did you create the platform you provide, or are you a reseller ?

    DriveBuy's platform was built from the ground up by our own engineers and branding experts. We created and maintain the technology we provide.

  • Will I be charged for the service even if I am not using it?

    No. If an ad is deactivated and remains inactive during a calendar month, the customer will not be charged.

  • Do you charge any usage fees, such as per-message or per-lead?

    DriveBuy does not assess fees for messages sent/received, leads, closings, data, branding or set up. We do not hide our pricing or nickel and dime our customers.

  • Do you charge a fee for set up?

    No. See above answer.

  • How many automatic text messages does a prospect receive upon inquiry ?

    Only one message will be sent to the prospect from our system per inquiry. Our customers know that prospects want listing details ASAP, without having to take multiple steps or receive several automated messages.

  • Am I required to purchase signs from you, or am I able to choose my own third-party vendor ?

    Our customers are free to choose their own sign providers. DriveBuy offers affordable and effective sign options, but we will never make you buy ours.

  • What do you do with my phone number and those of my leads ?

    We do not resell or share your phone number or other data with any other party. The same goes for your leads: they are yours, not ours.

  • Does anyone else receive these leads besides me ?

    No. You can choose have leads sent to your team members or employees, but they will never be sent to other agents or resold in any way.

  • Do you include third-party advertisements in the text messages my prospects receive ?

    No.

  • Is real estate the focus of your platform, or one of several verticals you market your platforms to ?

    Since our start in early 2007, DriveBuy has focused specifically and exclusively on providing mobile marketing to the real estate industry.

  • How and when will I receive my leads? Where and for how long will they be stored for future access ?

    Your leads will be delivered automatically as soon as a prospect inquires. Leads are delivered via text message, email or both. Prospect information will be stored in our system for 90 days (FCC compliant), and is accessible 24X7.

  • What is your Short Code, and do you hold exclusive rights to it in the U.S. ?

    DriveBuy is the exclusive operator of the best Short Code in the business- 88000. We neither piggyback nor allow anyone else to use it.

  • Do you require a contract or long-term commitment ?

    DriveBuy bills month-to-month with no contracts, and customers may start and stop when they wish without incurring penalties.
